Disconnect the connector from the IQAN module. Inspect the terminals of the connector for misalignment. Refer to Illustration 1.

View of pushed in terminals in the connectorUse the appropriate tool to remove the terminal from the connector. Place the tool for removing the terminal at the front of the connector. Push in with the tool and pull on the wire from the back side of the connector. Refer to Illustration 2.

View of a good terminalRemove the old terminal from the connector. Crimp the new terminal onto the wire. Install the new terminal into the connector. Gently pull on the wire in order to ensure that the terminal is locked into the connector. Refer to Illustration 5.
