Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.

Raise the lift arm until the front pin bores and the rear pin bores are level.
Place Tooling (A) in position under the lift arm, as shown.

Remove bolt (1), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (2).
Attach a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (3). The weight of lift cylinder (3) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb).
Place suitable blocking between lift cylinder (3) and the loader frame. Use the suitable lifting device to lower lift cylinder (3) onto the suitable blocking.
Repeat Steps 3 through 5 for the other side of the lift arm.

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and disconnect clips (5) that secure hose assemblies (4) to the loader frame.

Remove platform (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (7). Remove cable straps (8). Disconnect harness assembly (9).

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift arm (10). The weight of lift arm (10) is approximately 1390 kg (3065 lb).

Remove the bolt from pin assembly (11).
Use a suitable lifting device to support Tooling (B). The weight of Tooling (B) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Use Tooling (B) to remove pin assembly (16).
Repeat Steps 11 and 12 for the other pin assembly.
Use a suitable lifting device to remove the lift arm. The weight of the lift arm is approximately 1390 kg (3065 lb).

Remove lip seals (12) from both sides of lift arm (10).

Use Tooling (C) to remove the bearings from the bucket end of the lift arm.

Use Tooling (D) to remove the bearing from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Use Tooling (E) to remove the bearings from the loader frame end of the lift arm. Installation Procedure
Install lift arm (3) in the reverse order of the removal.
