Ensure that timing pins (61) are in a vertical position, as shown. The short end of the timing pin is located in swashplate (22).
Remove Tooling (C) from the rotating group.

Use a suitable straight edge to check the height of the pump barrel (30) to the top of the body assembly (16). The bronze surface of the pump barrel should be approximately 2.5 mm (0.1 inch) above the top of the body assembly.

Install spring (56) and spool (55). Install O-ring seal (49) and O-ring seal (54). Install plugs (47) and O-ring seals (48). Install housing (53), washers (52), and bolts (51). Install spring (46), O-ring seal (45), base (44), and bolts (43). Tighten bolts (43) to a torque of 2.2 0.25 N m (20 2 lb in). Install stator assembly (42). Tighten stator assembly (42) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft). Install coil assembly (41), washer (40), and nut (39). Tighten nut (39) to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install retainer (36), spring (35), O-ring seal (34), cover (33), mounting bracket (32), and bolts (31).

Install bracket (38) and bolts (37).
Install plugs (59) and the O-ring seals. Tighten plugs (59) to a torque of 90 15 N m (66 11 lb ft)

Install two pins (20) in body assembly (16).
Install O-ring seals (17), O-ring seal (18), and O-ring seal (19) in body assembly (16).
Install Tooling (A) in body assembly (16).

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B), as shown.
Use a suitable lifting device to raise head assembly (12). The weight of head assembly (12) is approximately 46 kg (102 lb).Note: Make sure that port plate (15) is in the correct position on the face of head assembly (12) and on dowels (20).
If necessary, apply Tooling (J) port plate (15). Install port plate (15) on head assembly (12).Note: Tooling (J) will hold the port plate to the head during installation.
Use a suitable lifting device to lower head assembly (12) on body assembly (16). Make sure that port plate (15) is in the correct location before contacting pump barrel (30).
Remove Tooling (B) from head assembly (12).
Remove Tooling (A) from body assembly (16).

Install socket head bolts (10), bolts (11), and the washers. Tighten the bolts evenly in a crisscross pattern. Tighten bolts (10) and bolts (11) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft)

Install impeller (9), spacer (8), and retaining ring (7).
Install cover assembly (6). Apply Tooling (H) onto bolts (5). Install bolts (5).

Install the implement piston pump (1). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Implement) - Install" for the
