Remove Pilot Oil Filter And Base
1. Put the door assembly behind the cab in the "OPEN" position. 2. Disconnect wire (1) from the switch.
Release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
3. Disconnect tube assembly (4) from the block.4. Disconnect hose assembly (5) from the filter base.5. Remove bolts (2), washers and nuts. Pull wire (1) and clips clear of the filter. Remove pilot oil filter and base (3).6. Remove tube assembly (4) from the filter base.Install Pilot Oil Filter And Base
1. Connect tube assembly (4) to the filter base.2. Put pilot oil filter and base (3) in position on the filter support group.3. Connect hose assembly (2) to the filter base.4. Put wire (1) in position on the filter base. Install the bolts, washers and nuts that hold the filter groups to the support.5. Connect wire (1) to the switch.6. Connect tube assembly (4) to the block.7. Remove the air from the hydraulic system. See REMOVE THE AIR FROM THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM on Page 8.Disassemble Pilot Oil Filter And Base
start by:a) remove pilot oil filter and base1. Remove housing assembly (1) from base (2). 2. Remove filter element (3) from the housing assembly. 3. Remove plug and O-ring seal (7) from the bottom of the housing assembly.
Snap ring (4) is under spring force.
4. Remove snap ring (4). Remove retainer (5) and spring (6) from the housing assembly. 5. Remove plug (8) and O-ring seal (9) from the base.6. Remove switch (13), O-ring seal (12), valve spool (11) and spring (10).Assemble Pilot Oil Filter And Base
1. Install O-ring seal and plug (1) in base (6).2. Install spring (3), valve spool (4), O-ring seal (2) and switch (5). 3. Install plug and O-ring seal (10) in the housing assembly.4. Put spring (9) and retainer (5) in position in the housing assembly. Install snap ring (7). 5. Put filter element (11) in position in the housing assembly. 6.
