Removal Procedure
Be sure that the machine is on level ground. Stop the engine and move the control lever so that the weight of the C-frame is supported by the wood block.

Support C-frame (1) on a wood block so that blade (2) is not setting on the ground.

Attach a suitable lifting device to blade (2) and support the blade.

Remove the bolt, retainer (4), and pin (3) .

Remove the bolts, retainer (5) and pin (6) .

Remove retaining bolt (7) and pin (8). Remove the blade from the machine. The weight of the blade is approximately 908 kg (2000 lb).Installation Procedure

The weight of the blade is approximately 908 kg (2000 lb). Attach a lifting device to the blade and put the blade in position for installation. Install pin (6), retainer (5), and the bolts.

Install pin (8) and retaining bolt (7) .

Install pin (3), retainer (4), and the bolts.

Start the engine and raise blade (2) so that C-frame (1) is off the wood block. Remove the wood block and lower the blade. Turn off the engine.
