Use a suitable press and Tooling (B) to install bearing (11).
Orient oil holes (X) together for bearing (11). Note: If a bearing is in a location without a gear, the oil hole in the bearing must be oriented at the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position. This orientation will prevent loss of oil pressure.
Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for the remaining bearings.

Install thrust washer (9) and gear (10).

Install hub (8).

Install bolts (7) and thrust washer (6).

Use a suitable hydraulic press and Tooling (B) to press bushing (5) into adapter (2).

Install O-ring seal (3) and O-ring seal (4) on adapter (2).

Install adapter (2).
Use Tooling (D) and suitable prying devices to measure end play. Acceptable end play is 0.125 - 0.500 mm (0.0049 - 0.0197 inch).
Tighten nuts (14) to a torque of 41 N m (30.0 lb ft). Note: Nuts (14) are only required to hold adapter (2) in place while measuring end play. Bolts (2) will need to be removed after end play measurement is complete.
Repeat Step 4 through Step 10 for the remaining gear in the right port.

Install covers (1).
Tighten nuts (12) to a torque of 65 10 N m (48 7 lb ft).
Tighten nuts (13) to a torque of 110 20 N m (81 15 lb ft).

If necessary, install studs (15) and studs (16). Tighten studs (15) to a torque of 65 10 N m (48 7 lb ft). Tighten studs (16) to a torque of 110 20 N m (81 15 lb ft).
