Install the 359-1585 Cover As (35) over the Cab Air Filter Element (13). Insert the tabs on the cover into the slots in the 359-1584 Plate (part of the Cab Blower (19)). Slide the Cover As down to engage the cover with the plate. Rotate the cover latch clockwise to hold the cover closed.Lower the lift arms. Refer to Operation and Maintenance.

Install one 258-3795 Seal (11) onto the bottom of the 345-6191 Duct As (30). Install three of the 146-6371 Louver As (5) into the openings in the 345-6191 Duct As (30)

Install the 388-7876 Bracket As (38) onto the 345-6191 Duct As (30). Secure the bracket with two of the 9X-2045 Screws (92).Note: Position the Bracket As (38) so the nut is away from the Duct As (30). Refer to Illustration 87.Repeat this step for the 345-6192 Duct As (31).Note: If the 345-6290 Cab Window Gp was removed previously, reinstall the window at this time. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS8707, "Installation of the 388-8275 Cab Window Kit".

Install the 345-6191 Duct As (30) down, onto the exposed lip of the 506-8058 Cab Heater Gp (20) for the left-hand side of the machine. Refer to Illustration 88.Next, insert the 388-7876 Bracket As (38) behind the 345-6204 Plate (AJ). Secure the Duct As (30) to the Plate (AJ) with one 9X-2045 Screw (92).Repeat this step for the 345-6192 Duct As (31) on the right-hand side of the machine.

Remove the 388-8118 Plate (AD) from the left-hand side of the machine. Retain the plate and the fasteners.

(20) 506-8058 Cab Heater Gp
(AE) A/C Low side service fitting ( part of 470-8336 Hose As (39))
(AF) A/C High side service fitting (part of 535-7342 Hose As (45))
Connect the A/C charging equipment to the machine. The A/C service fittings (AE and AF) are located behind the 506-8058 Cab Heater Gp (20).
Evacuate A/C system and check for leaks. Once verified that there are no leaks, charge the A/C system. Charge the system with 1 kg (2.2 lb) of the 3E-6654 Refrigerant (R134a).
Do Not overcharge system. Damage to the Refrigerant Compressor Gp may result.
Verify A/C and heating systems are operating correctly. Remove service equipment. Cap both service fittings.Reinstall the 388-8118 Plate (AD).Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for the A/C service equipment being used.
