Position the springs and plate (32) onto housing (30).
Compress the springs until retaining ring (31) can be installed. Install retaining ring (31). Be certain that the retaining ring is seated in the groove in housing (30).

Install housing (30) into first clutch gear (25). Install retaining ring (29).

Use Tooling (H) to install bearing (23) in manifold (22).
Use Tooling (D) to install retaining ring (24).

Install Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to manifold (22). The weight of manifold (22) is approximately 22 kg (49 lb). Position manifold (22).
Install bolts (20). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 115 7 N m (85 5 lb ft).
Use Tooling (B) in order to install retaining ring (21).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to planetary assembly (16). The weight of planetary assembly (16) is approximately 341 kg (752 lb). Remove planetary assembly (16) from Tooling (A).

Install the suction screen and the O-ring into transmission cover (19).
Install transmission cover (19).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to transmission cover (18). Remove the transmission cover from Tooling (A). The weight of transmission cover (18) is approximately 100 kg (221 lb). Secure transmission cover (18) onto Tooling (A).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to planetary assembly (16). The weight of planetary group (16) is approximately 341 kg (752 lb). Remove bolts (17). Position planetary assembly (16) and install bolts (17).

Position bracket assembly (13) and install bolts (12).
Install rotor (15). Use Tooling (B) in order to install retaining ring (14).

Install the O-ring seal into tube assembly (11). Position tube assembly (11) and install bolt (10).

Position control valve (9) and install bolts (8).

Connect harness assembly (5).
Position connector (7). Install locknut (6).
