Remove the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Remove nuts (1) that hold the main control valve together. Remove end cover (2). Remove the shims that are located between the end cap and the control valve group (not shown). Remove the remaining valve groups. Shims are located between each of the valve groups.

Remove O-ring seals (3) from inlet valve (4). Remove valves (6) and (8). Remove valve (9). Remove plug (7) and the pin that is located behind plug (7) .Disassemble the Valve Sections

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove bolts (9) and remove side cap assembly (4). Remove spring kit (11) .
Remove purge valve (6) and plug (8) .
Remove bolts (12) and (15) and remove end cap (16) for the solenoids. Remove purge valve (10) and remove plug (14) .
Remove mounting bolts (7) and remove solenoid valves (5) .
Remove relief valve (1). Remove valve assemblies (2) and remove the other relief valve (3). Remove plug assemblies (13) and (17). Remove O-ring seals (18) by using Tool (A) .
