Install spool assembly (16), adapter (17), spring (18), and plug (19) on propel pump (5) .

Install O-ring seal (15) on charge relief valve plug (14) .

Install poppet (12), spring (13), and charge relief valve plug (14) in propel pump (5) .

Install backup ring (10), O-ring seal (9) and O-ring seal (11) on valve plugs (8) .

Install springs (7) and valve plugs (8) in propel pump (5) .

Install control linkage (6) .

Position the gasket and displacement control group (3) on propel pump (5) and install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 15 to 18 N m (11 to 13 lb ft).

Install hub (1) and tighten setscrew (2) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).

Install core plug (57), if the plug was previously removed. Use Tooling (B) in order to install snap ring (56), if the snap ring was previously removed.End By: Install the propel pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Propel) - Install".
