Disconnect hose (1) from the hydraulic oil cooler.

Remove bolt (2). Repeat for the other side.

Radiator (4), aftercooler , (5), and hydraulic oil cooler (6) will be removed as an assembly. Install Tooling (A) and attach suitable lifting device to the cooling package assembly. The weight of the cooling package assembly is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).
Remove bolts (3) and remove the cooling package assembly.

Position the cooling package assembly onto suitable cribbing. Remove fourteen bolts (7) and remove bottom plate (8).

Remove four bolts (9) and remove shield (10). Repeat for the other side.

Remove five bolts (11) and remove shield (12).

Remove eight bolts (14). Remove plate (15).

Install Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (5). The weight of aftercooler (5) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Remove aftercooler (5).

Install Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic oil cooler (6). The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (6) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove hydraulic oil cooler (6).
