Adjust jam nuts (H) so that the cable is centered in the bracket. See Illustration 2.

Move the throttle control lever (F) inside the cab fully forward.
Adjust the jam nuts (D) so that the engine governor control lever lies against the low idle speed screw (B). Check the low idle speed and adjust the low idle speed screw (B) in order to provide the correct engine low idle speed. If necessary, add or remove the slack in the governor control cable. Tighten jam nuts (D) and tighten the locknuts for the low idle speed screw (B). Pull the throttle control lever (F) inside the cab fully rearward.
Adjust the high idle stop bolt (G) so that the engine governor control lever (E) lies against the high idle speed screw (C). Check the high idle speed and adjust the high idle speed screw (C) in order to provide the correct engine high idle speed. Adjust the high idle stop bolt (G) in order to allow full idle range. Tighten locknuts for the high idle speed screw (C).
