Problem
Some 9W9789 Segments-Conversion in parts stock may not have a chamfer on the inside radius of the segment. Segments that do not have this chamfer can not be correctly installed.
Action Required

Submit one claim for all 9W9789 Segments removed from parts stock.
Parts Disposition
All parts removed (with the exception of cores used for Caterpillar Remanufactured parts) should be rendered useless and scrapped immediately upon completion of the repair.
