Engine System - This indicator indicates that a problem exists in the electronics of the engine system. If the machine is operating and the indicator flashes, stop the machine immediately. Stop the engine and Investigate the cause of the problem.
Transmission Oil Temperature - This indicator indicates excessive transmission oil temperature. If this indicator flashes, stop the machine immediately. Stop the engine and investigate the cause.
Fuel Pressure - This indicator is not active for this machine.
Engine Oil Pressure - This indicator indicates low engine oil pressure. If this indicator flashes, stop the machine immediately. Stop the engine and investigate the cause.
Engine Coolant Level - This indicator is not active for this machine. Warning Categories
The monitoring system provides three warning categories. The first category requires only operator awareness. The second category requires the operator to respond to the warning. The third category requires immediate shutdown of the machine systems.Warning Category 1
The alert indicator will flash. Warning level 1 alerts the operator that a machine system needs attention. No immediate action is required. The following alert indicators can be illuminated with Warning Category 1:
Fuel Level
Electrical System
Air Inlet Heater (AIH)
Parking BrakeWarning Category 2
The alert indicator light and the action lamps flash. Warning level 2 requires changing the machine operation or performing a maintenance procedure. Changing the machine operation can reduce the excessive temperatures in one system or more. Failure to react to this warning may result to damage to the machine components. The following alert indicators can be illuminated with Warning Category 2:
Parking Brake
Transmission Oil Filter
Steering System
Brake System
Transmission System
Engine SystemWarning Category 3
The alert indicator light and the action lamps flash. Also, the action alarm will sound. Warning level 3 requires you to immediately shut down the machine. Engine overspeed does not require immediate shutdown. Engine overspeed requires immediate reduction in engine speed. Failure to react to this warning may result in injury to the operator and/or severe damage to machine components. Do not operate the machine until the cause has been corrected. The following alert indicators can be illuminated with Warning Category 3:

Fuel Level - The fuel level gauge indicates the amount of fuel in the fuel tank.
Hydraulic Oil Temperature - The hydraulic oil temperature gauge indicates the temperature of the hydraulic oil. The red area indicates excessive hydraulic oil temperature.
Engine Coolant Temperature - The engine coolant temperature gauge indicates the temperature of the engine coolant. The red area indicates excessive engine coolant temperature.
Transmission Oil Temperature - The transmission oil temperature gauge indicates the temperature of the transmission oil. The red area indicates excessive transmission oil temperature. Digital Display Windows
The digital display windows provide readouts that show the following items:
Operational hours (service hours)
Operational distance
Engine speed (tachometer)
Diagnostic codes
Auto kickdown mode
Parking brake status
Selected gear and direction

Press the display test switch (5) in order to scroll through several parameters. Hold down the switch for at least one second. The parameters will scroll across the digital display window. When the desired parameter is displayed, release the switch.Service Hour Meter
