Installation Procedure

Install a suitable lifting device to the ejector assembly. The approximate weight of the ejector assembly is 1950 kg (4300 lb).

Install the ejector assembly.

Install a suitable puller to ejector assembly (2). Install a suitable puller to apron cylinder bracket (3). Install one Tool (A) to both pullers.

Install second Tool (A) to ejector assembly (2) and to frame support (4). Remove the lifting device.
Use second Tool (A) in order to move the ejector assembly rearward.Note: Both Tools (A) should remain in tension at all times.

Use Tool (B) in order to support ejector cylinder (5) .

Install retainer (6). Install pin assembly (7) .

Install two spacers and trunnions (1). The spacers must be installed properly. Refer to Specification, "Apron" for proper spacer installation. The trunnion bolts must be torqued properly. Refer to Specification, "Apron" for proper torque.End By: Install the apron. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Apron - Install".
