(1) After assembly, apply compressed air of 250 5 kPa (36.25 .725 psi) to the fill plug hole and hold it for at least 30 seconds. After making sure that there is no air leak, add 0.15 liter (0.040 U.S. gal) of SAE 30CD oil through plug hole. Before installing plug, apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock on the threads.(2) O-rings of floating seal and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Apply a thin layer of oil on the contacting surfaces of the metal seals just before installation.(3) Install pins with slit positioned as indicated in View A-A.(4) Put a thin coat of oil on seal.(5) Install shaft with "R" stamped on end face, backward into angular bearing bolt hole side.End play: Minimum ... 0.06 mm (.002 in)Maximum ... 1.06 mm (.042 in)
