Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan drive (4). The weight of fan drive (4) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position fan drive (4). Install bolts (5).

Install belt (3). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Replace".

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan (1). The weight of fan (1) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position fan (1) and install bolts (2). End By:
Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
