1. Remove the four bolts that hold the bucket pins in place. 2. Fasten a hoist and remove the two top pins with tooling (A). 3. Fasten a hoist and remove the two lower pins with tooling (B).4. Move machine away from the bucket. Weight of general purpose bucket is 9200 lb. (4173 kg).Install Bucket
1. Put the machine in position so the pin holes in the lift arms are in alignment with the pin holes in bucket. 2. Install washers on each side of lift arm. Install the two lower bucket pins with cap (A) and a hammer.3. Install the two upper pins with cap (B) and a hammer. Make sure the seals in the lift arms are not damaged when the pins are installed.4. Install the four bolts that hold the bucket pins in place.
