Remove cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab-Remove ? Removal Procedure".
Remove Implement Pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vane Pump (Implement)-Remove".
Remove the Implement Pump discharge line (1466213) and Elbow (8X4886) fromthe machine. Refer to 1126990 Lines Group ? Hydraulic.
Remove Implement Pump discharge hose (1348203) and junction plate (1336615)from machine. Refer to 1126990 Lines Group ? Hydraulic.
Remove the 1427441 Bracket Assembly.

Install 2406849 Bracket Assembly in place of 1427441Bracket Assembly. Refer to Section A-A.
Install 2406848 Hose Assembly in place of 1348203Hose Assembly Refer to Illustration 1.
Install 2406851 Bracket. Refer to Section A-A.
Install 2316587 Pump Group. The 1418209 Couplingmay be reused if in good condition. Replace 1178801 O-ring between Implementpump and Steer pump. Reconnect suction line.
Note: Refer to Illustration 2, 2388681Pump Group ? Mounting, for pump orientation, mounting hardware, and additionalinformation required in the following steps.
Install 2409019 Bracket Assembly to rear of 2316587Implement Pump.
Install 2404730 Hose Assembly between Steer pumpcase drain and 2316587 Implement pump bearing drain.
Note: Refer to Illustration 2 andSection B-B for fitting and seal information and orientation of the hose.
Install 2406847 Implement pump discharge TubeAssembly.
Note: Refer to Illustration 2 and SectionB-B.
Assemble 5P6944 Adapter, 6V3965 Nipple As, and6V0852 Dust Cap to 7V8532 Spacer. Refer to Detail E.
Connect 2406848 Hose Assembly to 2406847 TubeAssembly and 2406851 Bracket using 7V8532 Spacer. Refer to Section A-A.
Replace 1G8878 Hydraulic Oil Filter.
Pre-fill the Implement, Steering, Pilot and Brakepumps with recommended hydraulic oil before installing cab. Always useclean oil when you add oil to the system. Clean oil must be at an ISO levelof at least 16/13.
Install Cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly,"Cab ? Install". Tighten the four cab mounting bolts to a torque of 850+/- 100 N.m (629 +/- 74 lb. ft.).
Before starting engine, fill hydraulic tank withrecommended hydraulic oil. Always use clean oil when you add oil to thesystem. Clean oil must be at an ISO level of at least 16/13.
Crank the engine at least five times without startingthe engine. Wait for at least five seconds between cranks in order to allowthe oil to flow smoothly
