This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8384" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 1A2457 Pin in the implement control valve may break on certain 994 Wheel Loaders which allows implement valve stems to spin. The line relief valves may lose setting due to flutter, which damages the seats. This Program is also a part of another rework program to prevent pilot valve seal leakage, due to pressure spikes in the pilot valve circuit.

1. Remove the 6E5012 Housings (2) from both the lift and tilt stems in both the 9T9001 and 9T9003 Implement Control Valves.2. Rework the housings per the February 27, 1995 Service Magazine and reinstall using the new 1138263 Pistons (see Illustration 1, Item 1) without any springs. This rework applies to serial numbers through 9YF116 only.3. Remove the 9T0122, 9T9196 and 9T9197 Valve Groups, 8J0324 Plugs and 9T4735 Springs from the 9T9001 Valve Group (right side). See Illustration 2, Section A-A. Replace them with new 8J4546 Plugs, 7M8485 Seals, 7J7852 Springs and 7J7853 Valves in three locations. See Illustration 3, Section A-A.4. Remove the 8J0426 Plug, 7J7852 Spring and 6E1291 Valve from the 9T9001 Valve Group (right side). See Illustration 2, Section E-E. Replace the valve with a new 1190913 Valve and reinstall the spring and plug using a new 7M8485 Seal. See Illustration 3, Section E-E.5. Replace the 9T9196 and 9T9197 Valve Groups with new 9T9196 and 9T9197 Valve Groups, in the 9T9003 Valve Group (left side). See Illustration 4. Replace the 9T0122 Valve Group with a new 1115823 Valve Group. Install new 7M8485 Seals on the plug of each new valve group and reuse the 9T4735 Springs.
