Remove the 7E-7506 Water Tube As and the 7E-7508 Water Tube As that are currently connected to the 157-2839 Regulator Housing As .
Install plugs (4) with seals (3) into the two ports that are located in the 157-2839 Regulator Housing As. Refer to Illustration 3.
Install tube (10) on the right side of the engine. Connect the 90 degree end of tube (10) to manifold (9). Refer to Illustration 2.
Install two-piece clamp (15) around tube (10). Insert bolt (14) through the two-piece clamp (15) and the bracket (16) .
Install the nut on the bottom side of bracket (16). Tighten bolt (14) .
Install cap (19) and O-ring seal (18) onto one end of tee (17). Install the other end of tee (17) onto the end of tube (10) .
Install elbow (20) into the top left side of the 9Y-4090 Regulator Housing (8) .
Install O-ring (22) into the O-ring groove of connector (21) .
Install connector (21) into elbow (20) .
Route hose (12) from tee (17) to connector (21) .
Install tube (11) onto the left side of the engine. Connect the straight end of the tube (11) to manifold (9) .
Install the two-piece clamp (15) around tube (11). Insert bolt (14) through the two-piece clamp (15) .
Install the nut on the bottom side of bracket (16). Tighten bolt (14) .
Install union (23) onto the end of tube (11). Refer to Illustration 3.
Install elbow (20) into the top right side of the 9Y-4090 Regulator Housing .
Install O-ring (22) into the O-ring groove of connector (21) .
Install connector (21) into elbow (20) .
Route hose (13) from union (23) to connector (21) .The changes are effective with the machine serial numbers that are listed in Table 3.
