Remove the boom links. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom Link - Remove".

Disconnect grease hose assembly (1).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to bucket link (2). Attach Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) to the center of bucket link (2).
Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and Tooling (C) in order to support bucket link (2). The weight of bucket link (2) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position Tooling (D) onto pin (5). The weight of Tooling (D) is approximately 163 kg (360 lb).
Remove bolts (3) and remove plate assembly (4). Use Tooling (D) in order to remove pin (5). The weight of pin assembly (5) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).

Use Tooling (B) in order to position bucket link (2), as shown.
Use Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) in order to remove bucket link (2).
Repeat Steps 1 through 7 for the other side.

Remove seals (7). Use Tooling (E) in order to remove bearing (8). Use Tooling (F) in order to remove bearing (6).
Repeat Step 9 for the other bucket link.
