1. Move the ejector all the way forward. Remove bolts (1) and remove railing (2). 2. Remove four bolts (3). Attach strap as illustrated, and remove step plate cover (4). Weight of cover is 38.5 kg (85 lb). 3. Disconnect top hose (5) for the ejector cylinder. Put a strap through the ejector cylinder mounting and fasten it to the floor dump cylinder, then fasten a hoist to the strap.4. Remove bolt (7) and pin (6). Retract the rod into the cylinder body. 5. Put blocks of wood under the floor dump cylinder as shown. Disconnect all hydraulic lines (10) from the floor dump cylinder. Remove bolt (9) and pin (8). 6. Reposition the strap to get a good center of balance. Remove floor dump cylinder (11). Weight is 153 kg (337 lb). For installation of the floor dump cylinder use the following steps.7. Put floor dump cylinder (11) in position with the strap and hoist.8. Install pin (8) and bolt (9).9. Nut front of the floor dump cylinder in alignment with the sliding floor arm. Install pin (6) and bolt (7).10. Install lines (10) and top hose (5).11. Install cover (3) with bolts (4).12. Install railing (2) with bolts (1).
