Remove bolts (5) and bolts (8) .
Remove bolt (6) . Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.
Raise frame (7) in order to provide clearance for the removal of the muffler.

Remove bolts (9) and bolts (11) in order to remove bracket (10) .

Remove bolts (12) from the back of muffler bracket (13) .

Disconnect hose (14) . Remove nuts (15) .

Remove clamps (17) . Remove muffler (16) .Note: Frame (7) must be raised in order to remove muffler (16) .Installation Procedure

Install muffler (16) . Install clamps (17) . Tighten clamps (17) to a torque of 11 1 N m (97 1 lb in).Note: Frame (7) must be raised in order to install muffler (16) .

Apply Tooling (A) to nuts (15) . Install nuts (15) . Tighten nuts (15) to a torque of 33 3 N m (24 2 lb ft). Connect hose (14) .

Install bolts (12) to the back of muffler bracket (13) .

Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (11) .
Position bracket (10) and install bolts (11) and bolts (9) .

Lower frame (7) into position.
Install bolt (6) . Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.
Install bolts (8) and bolts (5) .

Move tank (3) for the washer fluid into the original location and install bolts (4) .

Install cover (1) and bolts (2) .End By: Install the engine side panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Panel - Remove and Install".
