1. Remove the four bolts and cover (1) from the bumper. 2. Remove drain plug (2), and drain the water from the water spray tank. 3. Remove the cable tie, and disconnect electrical connector (3).4. Disconnect lines (4) from water spray pump (5).5. Remove two bolts (6), and remove clamp (7) and water spray pump (5) from the machine. For installation of the water spray pump, reverse the removal steps.Disassemble & Assemble Water Spray Pump
Start By:a. remove water spray pump 1. Remove three screws (3), and separate upper housing (1) from the seal and motor (2). 2. Remove three screws (4), and remove diaphragm assembly (5) from upper housing (1). 3. Separate valve assembly (6) from diaphragm assembly (5). 4. Remove four screws (7), and remove switch housing (8) from upper housing (1). 5. Remove switching diaphragm (12), check valve insert (11), spring (10) and check valve (9) from upper housing (1). 6. Remove two screws (14), and remove cover (13) and the seal from switch housing (8). 7. Remove lever (15) from switch housing (8). 8. Remove spring guide (18), spring (17) and spring body (16) from the switch housing. 9. Remove switch (19) and the grommet from switch housing (8). 10. Remove switch (19) from the two wires. 11. If it is necessary to replace motor (2), remove the two wires from electrical connector (20). Remove the protective cover from the wires, and remove grommet (21) and upper housing (1) from the wires. For assembly of the water spray pump, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install water spray pump
