Removal Procedure
Use the following procedure to release the pressure in the hydraulic system.
Shut off the engine.
Move the control levers through the full travel. This will relieve any pressure that may be present in the pilot system.
(Slowly loosen the air breather cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.)
Tighten the breather cap on the hydraulic tank in order to release the pressure.
The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released. Lines and components can now be removed. Note: Cap all lines and plug all lines after disassembly. Identify each line for assembly purposes.
Remove the floorplate.

Remove two hose assemblies (1).
Remove eight bolts (2) and three hose clamps (3).
Remove coupling guard (4).

Remove six bolts (5) from pump drive coupling (6).
Remove pump drive coupling (6).
