Leaving the machine unattended when the engine is running may result in personal injury or death. Before leaving the machine operator station, neutralize the transmission and apply the parking brake. Lower all implements to the ground and apply implement and winch lock outs.
Park on a level surface. If it is necessary to park on a grade, block the tracks securely.Do not engage the parking brake while the machine is moving unless an emergency exists.
Note: Leaving the machine unattended when the engine is running may also result in property damage in the event of a malfunction.
Apply the travel control pedal in order to stop the machine.

Move direction control (1) to NEUTRAL.
Engage parking brake (2).
Lower the bulldozer blade and lower all of the attachments to the ground. Apply slight downward pressure.
