RH side of radiator
Disconnect the harness assembly and the tube from the valve assembly (16). Remove bolt (15), the hard washers, and valve assembly from the radiator.

Remove eight bolt assemblies (17) from fan guard assembly (18). Position fan guard assembly away from the radiator.

Remove bolts (19), the hard washers, and the clips that secure the hoses to the radiator.

Remove bolt (21), the hard washer, and the bracket that secures the accumulator to the radiator (14).

Loosen four hose clamps (22) and remove two hoses (23) from radiator (14).

Remove bolts (24), the washers, and the clips that secure the hoses (25) to the radiator.

Remove bolt (26) and the hard washer. Disconnect bracket (27) from the radiator.

Remove bolt (29) and the washer that holds bracket (28) to radiator (14). Lower bracket (28) away from radiator (14).
Put identification on four bolts (30) for installation purposes. Remove four bolts (30) from plug adapter (31). Lower plug adapter (31) and the gaskets away from radiator (14).

Remove bolt (32), the hard washers, mount assembly (33), and the nuts from each radiator support (34) that is located on the frame assembly. Note: If necessary, loosen bolt (35) in order to help in removal of bolt (32).

Attach Tooling (A) to a lifting device, as shown. Secure the lifting device to a suitable hoist.

Remove bolts (38), the hard washers, and the dryer bracket (37). Move the bracket away from radiator support (36).
Remove the cap from radiator support (36).

Remove bolts (39), the hard washers, and the cap from the support.

Remove bolts (40) and the hard washers from baffle assembly (41). Remove baffle assembly (41) from the frame.
Remove the radiator from the machine. The weight of radiator (14) is approximately 370 kg (815 lb).
