Connect Tool (B) to Tool (C) .Test Preparation
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) into the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (4) into the ON position.
Place blade control lever (3) in the LOWER position, and lower the blade to the ground.
Place blade control lever (3) in the FLOAT position.
Move throttle control switch (5) into the LOW-IDLE position.Note: The engine rpm will appear on machine display (2) .

Allow the engine to run for 5 minutes. Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.

Connect Tool (A2) to pressure tap (7) Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (6) to the START position. Release switch when engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle control switch (5) to the HIGH-IDLE position. Engine speed should be 2200 50 rpm.Note: The engine rpm will appear on machine display (2) .
Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 38 °C (100 °F) minimum.Note: The oil temperature will appear on machine display (2) .
Place blade control lever (3) in the RAISE position. Keep the blade control lever in the RAISE position after blade has raised.
Record pressure on Tool (A). The pressure should be 11000 600 kPa (1595 87 psi).
Release blade control lever (3) .
Place blade control lever (3) in the LOWER position, and lower the blade to the ground.
Place blade control lever (3) in the FLOAT position.
Move throttle control switch (5) into the LOW-IDLE position.Note: The engine rpm will appear on machine display (2) .
Allow engine to run for 5 minutes. Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
If the pressure recorded in Step 5 is outside the specified range, perform the "Adjustment Procedure".Adjustment Procedure

Remove cover (8) from the leveling relief valve.

Loosen locknut (9), while holding adjustment screw (10) in place.
Turn adjustment screw (10) clockwise to increase pressure. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.Note: One complete rotation of the adjustment screw changes the pressure approximately 1380 kPa (200 psi).
Hold adjustment screw (10), and tighten locknut (9) .
Install cover (8) .
Perform the "Test Procedure".
