Before any air lines are disconnected, make sure the air pressure in the air system is zero.
1. Remove bolts (2) and then remove dash front plate (1). 2. Remove roll pin (5) from button (3). Remove button (3) and the nut (4). 3. Pull the brake control valve (8) from the instrument panel. Disconnect two air lines (7) and two wires (6) from the valve.Install Emergency Brake Control Valve
1. Connect two air lines (3) and two wires (2) to the brake control valve. Put the valve (1) in position and install the nut (4) that holds it. 2. Install button (5) on the valve shaft with the roll pin (6) that holds it. 3. Put dash front plate (8) in position and install the bolts (7) that hold it.Disassemble Emergency Brake Control Valve
start by:a) remove emergency brake control valve 1. Remove two bolts (2) and make a separation between bodies (1) and (3). 2. Remove seal (6). Remove nut (5) and washer (4) from shaft (7). 3. Remove diaphragm (10), shaft (7) and spring (9) from the body. Remove O-ring seal (8) from the shaft.Assemble Emergency Brake Control Valve
1. Install O-ring seal (6) on shaft (1). Install spring (2) and shaft (1) in body (7).2. Install diaphragm (8) and seal (3) in body (7). Install washer (4) and nut (9) on shaft (1). Install body (5) on body (7) with the two bolts that hold it.end by:a) install emergency brake control valve
