Remove the track roller frames. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Remove".

Remove two bolts and install Tooling (A), as shown. Remove remaining bolts (1).

Use Tooling (A) to separate pivot shaft (1) from the frame. Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to pivot shaft (1), as shown. The weight of pivot shaft (1) is approximately 47 kg (103 lb).
Remove pivot shaft (1). Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B).

Remove ring (2) from pivot shaft (1). Installation Procedure

Install ring (2) on pivot shaft (1).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to position pivot shaft (1). The weight of pivot shaft (1) is approximately 47 kg (103 lb).
Use Tooling (A) to align pivot shaft (1) against the frame.

Install bolts (1). Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B). Install the remaining two bolts (1). End By:
Install the track roller frames. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Install".
