1. Remove the hood as follows: a) Disconnect fastener assembly (1). Remove door assembly (2). b) Remove radiator cap (3). Disconnect the other three fastener assemblies (4).c) Install two 1/2"-NC forged eyebolts in the hood as shown. Fasten a hoist to hood (4) and remove it. Weight of the hood is 140 lb. (63.5 kg).Install Hood
1. Install the hood as follows: a) Fasten a hoist to hood (1) and put it in position on the machine. Connect the three fastener assemblies that hold the hood.b) Install the radiator cap.c) Install the door assembly on the left side of the machine and connect the fastener assembly that holds the hood to the radiator guard.
