2. Remove bolts (1), clamp (3), pin (4) and disconnect link (2) from the apron. 3. Fasten chain (6) and a hoist on apron (5) as shown. 4. Remove bolts (8) and caps (7) that hold the apron to the scraper bowl. Carefully remove the apron. The weight of the apron is 1935 kg (4266 lb). 5. Remove nuts (9), the bolts and trunnions (10) from the bowl.Install Apron
1. Put trunnions (2) in position and install the bolts and nuts (1). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 270 25 N m (200 18 lb ft). 2. Fasten chain (3) and a hoist to apron (4) and put it in position on the scraper bowl. 3 Put the apron in position on trunnions (2) and install caps (5) and the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb ft). 4. Connect link (7) to the apron and install pin (8), clamp (6) and the bolts that hold it.
