Information:
1. Use a forklift and lift upper conveyor to relieve pressure on the upper conveyor lift cylinder.
Make sure the upper conveyor is lifted on the upper conveyor frame so the head pulley or the belt is not damaged.
2. Remove clamps (4).3. Disconnect cable (5).4. Support lift cylinder (1) and spreader bar (3).5. Remove pin (2). Lower lift cylinder to swing arm and spreader bar to the upper conveyor. 6. Attach Tool (A) and suitable lifting chains from a hoist as shown.7. Lower upper conveyor (6) to rest on the shipping supports (7) as shown. 8. Put identification on upper conveyor motor hoses (9). Disconnect the hose assemblies from the lines. Plug or cap immediately.9. Remove two bolts and cap (8). Repeat on the other side.10. Remove the upper conveyor with the hoist. The weight of the upper conveyor is 1350 kg (3000 lb). For installation of the upper conveyor, reverse the removal steps.
