1) Move machine to safe area and secure.
2) Remove belly pans and bottom grill.
3) Apply vacuum to hydraulic tank.
4) Remove oil cooler lines (supply & return).
5) Loosen cab side of oil cooler.
6) Replace cab side elbow on oil cooler with 1 elbow (8T-6684) and 1 seal (3D-2824).
7) Tighten oil cooler back into position.
8) Bypass valve sub; Secure 1 plate (372-9219) in a vise with the weld nuts up and on back side of plate. Sec rue bypass valve (126-0747) to plate valve with 2 bolts and washers (7X-0290 & 8T-4896).
Note: (small plug facing towards you and large plug on bottom)
9) Remove plug from upper right port (inlet) and install 1 tee (8T-1685) with 1 seal (7M-8485).
10) Remove plugs from lower left and right ports. Install 1 connector (6V-8635) with 1 seal (7M-8485); 2 ports.
11) Verify 3 remaining plugs in valve are tight.
12) Locate & weld 1 block to inside of front bumper.
- W1C uses a 6Y-3336 block; 100 mm (4?) from center line of machine to edge of block, 38mm ( 1 ??) from back edge of bumper to edge of block
1) Position block and tack into place
2) Place valve sub onto mounting block and snug the bolts.
3) Verify fit of hose (372-9221) to top of tee and elbow on left side (engine access platform) of cooler.
4) Adjust mounting block or mounting plate position as required.
5) Remove hose and valve/plate sub-assembly.
6) Finish weld block into position with a 3mm weld (3 sides).

13) Separate plate from valve and secure plate to mounting block with 2 bolts and washers (8T-8917 & 8T-4223).
14) Under steering valve adapter sub; install 1 elbow (8C-3364) with 2 seals (6V-8400 & 7M-8485) to 1 adapter (6G-1444). Note; O-ring groove up with elbow on left and pointed towards you & up slightly.
15) Install 1 reducer (6V-8948) to elbow on adapter.

16) Under steering valve; replace adapter with 1 new adapter assembly with new O- rings (4J-0527 & 1P-3707) and 4 new bolts (8T-9391). Use existing washers.
17) Route the straight end of 2 hoses (372-9223 and 372-9222) up through rubber baffle to the front of the oil cooler.
18) Install 1 hose (372-9223) to end of tube on inside of frame (oil cooler supply line) with 1 seal (6V-9746).
19) Install 1 hose (372-9222) to fitting on steering valve with 1 seal (5K-9090).
20) Secure oil return hose with 1 clip (4D-7388) to frame rail and suction elbow with saved hardware (2 locations).

21) Connect 2 hoses (supply & return) to bypass valve with 2 seals (6V-9746 & 5K-9090)
22) Assemble 1 hose (372-9220) to bypass valve with 1 seal (5K-9090).
23) Secure valve to plate with 2 bolts and washers (7X-0290 & 8T-4896).
Note: it may be easier to knock the weld nuts off of the plate and use 2 nuts and washers (6V-8801 & 8T-4896).

24) Tighten bolts used to secure plate to mounting block.
25) Connect loose end of hose (372-9220) to left port of oil cooler (drivers? side) with 1 seal (5K-9090).
26) Secure hose to boss on bumper with 1 clip (4D-7388) and saved hardware.
27) Install 1 hose (372-9221) to top of tee and oil cooler (right side) with 2 seals (6V-9746).
28) Secure 2 hoses together in front
