Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.

Remove front guard (1) .

The back side of the left front guard
Remove bolts (3) and the washers. Use two people in order to remove left front guard (2). The weight of left front guard (2) is approximately 39 kg (86 lb).

The back side of the right front guard
Remove bolts (5) and the washers. Use two people in order to remove right front guard (4). The weight of right front guard (4) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to front guard (6). The weight of front guard (6) is approximately 34 kg (76 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove front guard (6) .

Remove guards (7) from front guard (6) .

Attach suitable lifting devices to front guard (8). The weight of front guard (8) is approximately 37 kg (82 lb).
Remove bolts (9) and the washers. Use the suitable lifting devices in order to lower front guard (8) .Installation Procedure
Install the front guards in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
