2. Loosen clamps (1) and slide hose from pipe.3. Remove four bolts and the clip that fastens pipe (2) to the cylinder head. 4. Remove the gasket and water temperature regulator (3).Install Water Temperature Regulator
If the water temperature regulator is installed wrong, it will cause the engine to overheat.
1. Put water temperature regulator (1) in position in the head with the spring down as shown.2. Inspect the gasket for damage and make a replacement if necessary. 3. Put pipe (3) and clip (4) in position on the cylinder head and install mounting bolts.4. Slide hose (2) on pipe and install clamps.5. Fill the radiator to the correct coolant level.
