Location of the tailgate sequence valveThe tailgate sequence valve is a direct acting valve that assists in the control and operation of the ejector body and tailgate.The tailgate sequence valve works in conjunction with the ejector sequence valve to control the movement of the tailgate cylinders in relation to the ejector cylinders. When the hoist control valve is moved to the RETRACT position, oil will be directed to the ejector cylinders to retract the ejector plate.Only after the ejector plate is past half the length of the body will oil be directed to the tailgate cylinders to raise the tailgate.
