Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install radiator guard and support, aftercooler, hydraulic oil cooler, and radiator (19) . The weight of radiator guard and support, aftercooler, hydraulic oil cooler, and radiator (19) is approximately 306 kg (675 lb).
Install bolts (20) .

Install bolt (18) . Repeat this Step for the opposite side.

Connect harness assembly (17) and install the connecting hardware.

Position valve (14) and connect fitting (13) . Connect hose assembly (12) .

Position tube (10) and install clamps (9) .

Turn the battery disconnect switch into the ON position.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Dealer Service Tool Catalog, NENG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Fill the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change". End By: Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install".
