Installation Procedure
Note: Prior to Rework Procedure, release the pressure from the hydraulic system.ReferenceRefer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR5805, "System Pressure - Release" for the procedure.

(1) 356-8471 Hose As
Remove existing 356-8471 Hose As (1) routed from the bulk head fitting to the quick coupler valve.

(2) 6V-9836 Swivel Tee (3) 362-9399 Hose As
Install tee assembly (2) and two 6V-8397 O-Ring Seals .
Install hose assembly (3) between the tee assembly and the quick coupler valve.

(4) 8T-4183 Bolts
Remove the three bolts (4) that mount the main implement valve to the front frame. Retain the three 5P-1076 Hard Washers for later use in the installation.

(5) 8T-4194 Bolts
Mount the 390-4720 Plate As with three bolts (5) and the washers retained in Step 4.
Prior to assembly, charge the 223-3917 Brake Accumulator Gp with nitrogen gas to 6900 kPa (1000 psi) and adjust for temperature as specified in the Testing and Adjusting, KENR5800, "Brake Accumulator - Test and Charge" procedure.

Assemble accumulator (6) to the 390-4720 Plate As with the following hardware:
Two 131-8202 Clips
Two 131-8201 Clips
Two 8T-4196 Bolts
Two 8T-4121 Hard Washers

(7) 6V-8724 Elbow
Assemble one elbow (7) with one 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal, and one 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal into the port on the accumulator. Orient as shown in Illustration 6.

Assemble hose assembly (8) as shown in Illustration 7.
