Install one terminal of new ground wire assembly (1) in between the nut (2) and the stud (3).
Tighten the nut (2) to 47 N m (35 lb ft).
Illustration 6 g03673398Note: Before assembling ground wire assembly (1), scrape paint off and clean the surface of terminal for good continuity.
Install other terminal of ground wire assembly (1) to generator bottom along with one new bolt (4), one new lockwasher (5), two new washers (6), and one new nut (7).

Replace the former four 25A GFCI 254-5092 Circuit Breaker As with four new standard 448-1980 Circuit Breaker As (1) as shown in Illustration 7.
Remove the 4D-7794 Clip mounts that held the white neutral wires and discard the part. Replace the former 279-5689 Plate with new 452-7654 Cover As (1).

Install one terminal of new ground wire assembly (2) along with one new washer (3) to grounding stud inside the relay box.
Tighten the nut (4) to 55 N m (41 lb ft).

Install other terminal of ground wire assembly (2) along with one new hard washer (6), one new lockwasher (8), and one new nut (7) to 110-2023 Weld Stud (5) on inside of cover assembly (1).
Tighten nut (7) to 55 N m (41 lb ft).
