Install the 3251113/">325-1113 Camshaft, 344-2670 Software, and a new emissions label at the time of engine overhaul.
Refer to Engine News Article SEBD9601 to ensure the replacement parts that are ordered and installed as part of the overhaul are adaptable to the engine with the 3251113/">325-1113 Camshaft.
Installation of the 3251113/">325-1113 Camshaft requires an engine flash file update using the 344-2670 Software, and the installation of a new emissions label.
Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Install the 3251113/">325-1113 Camshaft at the time of engine overhaul. Refer to SIS Web, Media Number - RENR8630, for camshaft removal and installation instructions.
Refer to Engine News Article SEBD9601 to ensure the replacement parts that are ordered and installed as part of the overhaul are compatable with the 3251113/">325-1113 Camshaft.
2. Flash the engine ECM with new software.
3. Order and attach the new emissions label as directed below.

4. Begin at the SISWeb homepage. The address is https://sis.cat.com
5. From the SISWeb homepage, select the Engine Technical Marketing Information ? TMI link.
6. Once in TMI, input the serial number of the engine into the reference number box and select "serial number" in the drop down menu.
7. Press the "Retrieve Data" button.
8. Select the "Emissions Data" link.
9. Scroll to the bottom and click the link titled, "Need emissions replacement label ? Click Here!." This will direct the user to the Large Power Systems Division Homepage.
10. Click on the emissions/certification replacement link.

11. Complete the dealer name and information.

12. Complete the remaining fields highlighted with a red asterisk.
13. Select "Engine Information Label" as the label type. Enter the number of this Priority Program in the field titled "Reason for replacement label request." It is important to have the engine serial number field completed with the correct information.

Be sure that the correct shipping information is provided. International requests must have a valid UPS or DHL account number.

14. After receiving the new emissions label, remove the old label and install the new label. Location of the new label should be on the top of the front valve cover or on the engine oil cooler.
