Avoid Interference between Bucket Cylinder and Stick
When the bucket is not installed, operate the bucket cylinder near the mid-stroke position.Bucket cylinder and stick cylinder operation near the bucket cylinder full stroke position may cause interference between the bucket cylinder and the stick. When the bucket is installed, be careful to avoid interference between the bucket cylinder and the stick.
Handling Stop Valve
A stop valve reduces oil spills when removing the bucket. Stop Valve Position and Open-Close Procedure
Open or close the valve using a valve handle (160 mm) stored in the tool box or a spanner.
Always remove the valve handle and store it in the tool box after use.Failure to observe this could cause machine damage due to unauthorized use of the handle, resulting in unexpected personal injury.
Open or close the valve fully by turning the handle until it stops.Do not step on the hydraulic hoses and piping when opening or closing the valve. Always secure a foothold and work safely.
