Remove the valve cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Cover - Remove".
Remove the pushrod for the gas admission valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gas Admission Valve - Remove".
Remove the spark plug. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Spark Plugs - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

The gas admission valve has not been removed in this Illustration.
Remove two bolts (1), the spacers, and the washers. Note: The coolant must be drained below the level of the cylinder head before prechamber assembly (2) is removed.Note: The spark plug must be removed before prechamber assembly (2) is removed.
Use two bolts (1) as forcing screws in the top of body assembly (3). Remove body assembly (3) and prechamber assembly (2) as a unit. Note: The use of a penetrating oil may be required in order to assist in the removal of prechamber assembly (2) from body assembly (3).
Separate body assembly (3) from prechamber assembly (2) by turning each end in opposite directions. Body assembly (3) will separate from prechamber assembly (2) after turning approximately 12 mm (0.5 inch). Note: The prechamber assembly is soft and susceptible to denting and scratching. Take precautions in order to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces.
Remove the four O-ring seals from body assembly (3).
Remove the two gaskets from prechamber assembly (2).
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove any carbon deposits that are on the inside of the prechamber assembly.
