Removal Procedure
Remove the engine oil filters. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil - Change".

Disconnect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (2).

Remove bolts (6), bolts (6), adapter (3), and elbow (4).

Disconnect harness assembly (7).

Remove bolts (8). Loosen bolts (10) and position clamp assembly (9) out of the way.

Remove bolts (12) and position adapter out of the way.

Use a suitable lifting device to remove engine oil filter base assembly (14). The weight of engine oil filter base assembly is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Remove six bolts (13) and engine oil filter base assembly (14).

Remove bolts (15) and plate (16).

Remove bolts (18) and separate engine oil filter bases (17).

Remove stud (21), screws (19), and filter shield (20).

Remove bolts (26), cover (25), gasket (24), spring (23), and valve plunger (22).
Repeat Step 11 through Step 12 for the other engine oil filter base (17).Installation Procedure
Install engine oil filter bases (17) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten stud (21) to a torque of 80 14 N m (59 10 lb ft).
