Removal Procedure
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant (NGEC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove clamp assembly (1), clips (3), and bolts (4).
Remove tube (2).

Remove bolts (5), clips (7), and clips (8).
Remove tube (6).

Remove bolts (10) and brackets (9).
Attach a suitable lifting device to the engine oil cooler assembly. The weight of the engine oil cooler assembly is approximately 90 kg (200 lb).

Disconnect sensor (13). Remove bolts (12) and bolts (11).

Remove bolts (15) and relocate tube assembly (14).

Remove four bolts (17), four bolts (16), and engine oil cooler assembly (18). Installation Procedure
Install engine oil cooler assembly (18) in the reverse order of removal.
