Locate the accessory drive cover on the front of the engine (1).

Remove the bolts (2) and washers (3).Note: Set aside the bolts and washer to reuse.

Remove the cover (4).Note: Set aside the cover to reuse.

Remove the plugs (5).Note: Set aside the cover to reuse.

Remove and discard the seal (6). Remove bolts (7) from the adapter (8).Note: Set aside the bolts to reuse.

Remove the adapter and discard.

Install the new adapter.

Install a new seal (6) and install the bolts that were used previously (7) and torque to 47 9 N m (34.6 6.6 lb ft).

Install the plugs (5) that were previously removed in step 4.

Install the cover (9) using the bolts (10) and washers (11) from previous step. Tighten bolts to 215 40 N m (158 29 lb ft).
