View of plate (F) and new hitch guard assembly (6D) that is installed
Install hitch guard assembly (6D) over the hitch.
Reinstall plate (F) to hitch guard assembly (6D). For the top of the plate, reinstall two bolts (D) and two washers (E). For the bottom of the plate and hitch guard assembly (6D), install two new bolts (6B) and two new washers (6A). Plate (F), bolts (D), and washers (E) were removed in Step 2 of the ""Preparation for Installation of Guard for Articulation Hitch "". Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

View of flap (6J) installed on right-hand guard assembly (6C)
Prior to installation, subassemble flap (6J) to right-hand guard assembly (6C) with four new bolts (6G) and four new washers (6F) .
Prior to installation, subassemble flap (6J) to left-hand guard assembly (6E) with four new bolts (6G) and four new washers (6F) .

Install the subassembly of the right-hand guard assembly (6C) to the rear frame of the machine with two bolts (6B) and two washers (6A) .
Install the subassembly of the left-hand guard assembly (6E) to the rear frame of the machine with two bolts (6B) and two washers (6A) .

Install bracket assembly (6H) to guard assemblies (6C) and (6E). Install two bolts (6G) and two washers (6F) on bracket assembly (6H) .

Reinstall secondary steering relay (P) and four bolts (N) to the rear frame. Bolts (N) and secondary steering relay (P) were removed in Step 7 of the ""Preparation for Installation of Guard for Articulation Hitch"" section

View of cable assembly (H) that is reinstalled
Install clip (J) to cable assembly (H) .
Install bolt (K) and washer (M) to the secondary steering pump bracket. Add washer (M) and nut (L) .Note: Clip (J), cable assembly (H), bolt (K), and washers (M) were removed in Step 6 of the ""Preparation for Installation of Guard for Articulation Hitch"" section.
Adjust cable assembly (H) in order to avoid contact with new right-hand guard assembly (6C) .
