Remove belt guard
Remove vibration damper
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Remove the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" to remove and install the belt.

Use Tooling (A) prevent the crankshaft from rotating. Remove bolts (1) .
Use Tooling (B) to remove crankshaft pulley (2) from the crankshaft.Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Ensure that the pulley is clean and free from damage. Replace any components that are damaged.
Install pulley (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 70 4 N m (52 3lb ft)
Tighten bolts (1) an additional 50° 2.5°
