3. Remove the other seven bolts (1) that hold the vibration damper in position.4. Pull the vibration damper away from the front of the engine until a hoist can be fastened to it. Fasten a hoist to the vibration damper (2). Remove the vibration damper from the guide pin. Weight of the vibration damper is 65 lb. (29.5 kg).5. Slide the spacer away from the engine until a hoist can be fastened to it. Fasten a hoist to the spacer and remove it from the guide pin. Weight of the spacer is 60 lb. (27 kg).Install Vibration Damper
1. Fasten a hoist to spacer (1) and put it in position over the guide pin in the end of the crankshaft. Remove the hoist from the spacer and push it against the flange on the crankshaft. 2. Fasten a hoist to vibration damper (2) and put it in position over the guide pin. Remove the hoist from the vibration damper and push it against the spacer.3. Install seven of the bolts that hold the vibration damper in position. Remove the guide pin and install the last bolt.end by:a) install radiator and guard
